Tim Lincecum Wins Cy Young Award

Ignoring antiquated, bullshit stats that pitchers have minimal control over, like wins, and actually selecting the NL’s best and most dominant pitcher for the Cy Young award? I’m impressed to the point that I may even be able to look the other way regarding yesterday’s sloppy voting. This is, of course, Lincecum’s second Cy Young he’s collected in the last month. The first came a few weeks back after he lead the Royals to their first World Series title in 23 years in my season of the Show. Needless to say, this is quite the offseason thus far for young Timmy.

You really should have taped your Royals’ celebration. Then I could have pretended they won instead of The Phillies.

Blogging’s a good time, but it is some work. My new ultimate lazy activity that I’d like to sit on my couch and get paid for would be for millions of people to actively follow my video game seasons as if it were a real sports season with critiques, advice, perhaps even an accompanying fantasy league down the road.

Yes I can, but probably won’t.
