I said there would be another Dickie-V post, so here it is.
After interviewing Vitale about the Rays, Flores tried to wind things down and move on. Because, you know, there might have been some real sports news to discuss.
But Vitale — who had his new book behind him during the duration of the bit — was clearly peeved that Flores didn’t leave him time to pimp the release of said book.
So Dick, hardening his stance, cut off Flores and proceeded to slurp up the free advertising.
