Major League Lacrosse Is On Fire

Posted by Losloseeboy · June 19th, 2008 · 4 Comments

With the NBA over, the NFL months away and MLB sucking wind along through summer, ESPN did what any corporate suit would do: put the sons of rich white men on TV.

Yes, the Major League Lacrosse season is underway!

It is beyond mind boggling that Body by Jake’s league is in its eighth season. This is especially disconcerting considering SlamBall — despite the fact that it’s returning — lasted only two seasons.

Anyway, last night the Boston Cannons took on the Washington Bayhawks. Boston’s Mike Powell, who dabbles in music and is kind of like lacrosse’s Allen Iverson, unleashed a crank that was a bit outside. The bouncing rubber ball, traveling upwards of 80 MPH, zoomed toward the quizzically placed Boston lax-itutes.

Watch below to see the aftermath . . .

The players in Major League Lacrosse don’t get paid spit. All they get is about 3,000 dollars a season.

Are you a rapper? Baller? Shot Caller? Well chances are you probably have some lavish vehicle with candy paint, rims taller than the rest of your vehicle, and TVs in the headrest. Well that’s nothing. http://www.towhitcthtv.com

I would say that Edwin’s comments are spam but spammers don’t usually misspell the name of the website they are trying to promote.
